Privacy Policy

This policy covers visits to sunakoc.com; contact via the contact form, email, phone, and WhatsApp; and information shared in in-person or online consulting processes.

Professional confidentiality, the ethical principles of the Turkish Psychological Association, and Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) are observed together. Session content is not used for marketing or open profiling for third parties.

Depending on the nature of the service, the following categories may be processed:

Data is processed to respond to your request, clarify the appropriate consulting focus, manage appointments and process, fulfill legal obligations, and maintain site security.

In corporate work, individual session content is not shared with organization officials except with your explicit consent or where the law permits. Feedback given to the organization may be summarized in a non-identifying form.

Personal data is not sold. It may be transferred only when necessary to deliver the service—limited to hosting and email infrastructure providers, accounting or legal necessity, and situations where you have given explicit consent.

In crisis, serious harm risk, or legal reporting obligations, information may be shared with competent authorities within professional ethics and applicable law.

Data is retained for the period required by the processing purpose and limitation periods under relevant legislation. After the process ends, records no longer needed are deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

Access to online sessions and digital records is limited; documents you share are expected to be sent through secure channels.

Under Article 11 of KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law), you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request correction or deletion, restrict processing, and submit data-subject applications. Applications may be sent to iletisim@sunakoc.com.
