This text is prepared for website visitors, people who make contact, clients, organization officials, and training/program participants.

Depending on the service, the following categories may be processed:

Data is processed to deliver consulting and training services, manage appointments and process, handle billing, fulfill legal obligations, and secure the site under legitimate interest.

Legal bases under KVKK Arts. 5 and 6 include establishment or performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest, and—for special-category data—explicit consent or cases provided by law. Professional confidentiality limits the processing purpose.

Data is collected via web forms, email, phone, WhatsApp, in-person or online sessions, and automatic technologies (cookies), wholly or partly by automated means, or by non-automated means provided they form part of a data recording system.

Within Türkiye, limited transfer may occur to hosting, email, and communication infrastructure providers, financial advisors, and competent public authorities where legally required. International transfer occurs only when KVKK safeguard conditions are met.

In corporate programs, person-specific session content is not shared with the organization. Outputs given to the organization are limited to anonymized summaries or reporting forms agreed in the contract.

Records are kept for the duration of the service relationship and limitation / retention obligations under Turkish law (including tax, consumer, and professional liability periods). When the purpose ends, data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

To exercise your rights under KVKK Art. 11, send an application verifying your identity to iletisim@sunakoc.com. Applications are concluded within thirty days under Article 13 of the Law.

If the application is refused or found insufficient, your right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Board is reserved.
